Mirabilis Apartments - AAA23

We liked being a little away from the center because it was quieter, and there are several cafés and some very good restaurants nearby with reasonable prices. Parque station on linha Azul is close, and São Sebastião on linha Vermelha is about a 15-minute walk, with access to the airport. The small apartment was lovely and clean, with the basic kitchen items plus a toaster and freezer. The old building has been renovated to modern standards, including electronic roller shutters. There was always a really bad smell in the ground floor and basement, though, and the view from our apartment was awful.

Everything was well organized in this apartment, rather like an Airbnb, and it had both a washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom layout was a little odd. They don't provide room service for short stays, though you can ask for it and pay. The AC didn't work well, so nights were a bit hot. Still, it was a good stay.

We'd already paid, but had an issue and needed to move our visit from April to August. The apartments handled the late request very professionally and agreed to transfer the dates. Looking forward to seeing the rooms in August! 💪🏼💪🏼

A good place to stay, though it was a bit tricky to find. The entrance only has the number 23, with no name on it.
