The shower was a highlight, with great pressure and hot water right away, so there was no waiting for it to warm up. The 7th floor gastropub was delightful, and we went back several times during our 3 night stay. The food was good, but the atmosphere was even better, and the views were amazing. The staff were warm and welcoming too. I was very pleased with the hotel and would happily stay again.

The atmosphere was beautiful and calming, and all the little details felt thoughtful. From arrival, the staff made me feel welcome and looked after, with exceptional service throughout. I adored my stay and can’t think of a single negative. It made my time in Lisbon more special, and I already know I’ll stay here on my next visit. Highly recommend.

I only stayed one night, but the rooftop restaurant was a real highlight, with stunning views across the city. My room was spotless, had plenty of fresh towels and toiletries, and looked out over the city. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. Even though I had no reservation, the friendly, professional front desk staff accommodated me, checked me in earlier than expected, and gave me excellent restaurant recommendations. It was a great stay with outstanding service. I’d definitely return and recommend the hotel.

The staff were great and helpful, so my complaints aren’t about them. The hotel felt closer to 3 stars than 5, and the room was pretty standard without much extra. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, and the bathrobes were too small for me at 5.9. There’s no soundproofing between rooms, so you can hear what other guests are saying. The windows don’t keep sound out either, and drunk people screaming carries right in.
