Iberostar Selection Lisboa

I went with my wife for a spa day and dinner, though I didn't stay at the hotel. The spa was relaxing, and the restaurant food was great, especially the risotto. Congratulations to the chef and team. Ines and Beatriz from the spa, and Asik and Murilo from the restaurant, were outstanding: polite, kind, and attentive to every detail. I'd recommend coming for a relaxing day or staying at the hotel.

The location is ideal for walking around the centre, and the cleaning was very thorough. The staff were great too. Soraya, our guest service contact, was especially professional and wonderful. Thanks for everything!

This was my second trip to Lisbon, and I've stayed at Iberostar both times. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the location makes drop-offs and pickups convenient. The staff were amazing and accommodating, from the front desk to everyone else we met. We received excellent help and service throughout. Iberostar is one of my top recommendations for a Lisbon stay.

The location was great, close to everything, and the food was good. The restaurant lady and Muhammad the waiter were helpful and polite. Service overall could have been better, though it wasn't bad, and the rooms could have been cleaner. The bathroom layout was a real challenge for getting ready with my family. There was no door for either the bathroom or the shower, which felt very strange.
