The central location is good, and it's on flat ground. We stayed three nights, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were lovely. Check-in and key pickup are at the sister hotel further along the street. The apartments are on the second floor, with no lift, and ours faced the street, so there was some noise. Earplugs helped. It was great having housekeeping every day. The safe didn't work, and when we messaged the number on the welcome letter, they said they hadn't received the text. Eventually someone came to look and agreed the instructions were wrong.

The apartment was spacious and right in central Lisbon, and we stayed for three nights. It had a roomy bathroom with enough towels, plus a kitchen we could use for dining. The washing machine was a big help after we'd been traveling for a week. We picked up the keys at reception, where the staff were very welcoming. The cleaner was finishing when we arrived. She didn't speak English, but was still really warm and nice.

We only had one night to enjoy this lovely apartment, and it was a pleasure to stay there. The charming design, great beds, spacious modern bathroom and beautiful kitchen made it memorable. It's in an ancient building, so expect steep stairs and no elevator. We'll definitely pick it again for our next Lisbon city trip.

We were happy with our stay. The apartment was well located, and our courtyard-facing unit was quiet. Some of the fixtures, windows, and furniture could use updating.

The bed was great, and the air conditioning worked well. The kitchen pans need replacing, though, since their bottoms were coming loose. The location was great too.
