You can hear the other guests pretty clearly, which was the only downside for me. Otherwise, everything was very clean, and the shared bathrooms were no problem since that was clearly explained. The bed was good, and so was breakfast. The owner was quick and efficient to communicate with. There's a cozy shared room with a big table, a couch, TV and balcony. Nice little restaurants are close by, and the metro is nearby too.

A good base for a few days in Lisbon. The rooms were clean, the service was friendly, and breakfast was tasty and simple.

Buses and trains are right across the street, though it's about an hour's walk to the old town. The place itself is nice, clean and quiet. The odd thing was the lighting. Hallway lights work on motion sensors and switch off so fast that they'd be dark again by the time I reached the end and turned around. Maybe it's to save electricity, but it makes the B&B feel unnecessarily dim. Our room light also flickered and made a high pitched sound the whole stay. I asked for it to be fixed, but it wasn't, even though we were there a few days. Good place, just strange lighting.

I stayed here with my two young daughters, and it suited us perfectly. The hosts were amazing and so helpful. The rooms are really clean, with lots of dresser and closet space, and the train and buses are close by. Great value, and a very classy place. Just book it.
