Luzeiros Suites

We had a brilliant short weekend away. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly, well informed, and helpful with suggestions. There was a 24/7 help desk and security. The location was incredibly convenient, just minutes from the metro and bus stop, and the price was great. Highly recommended.

The train station entrance is right outside, which made the location my favorite thing about the hotel. Staff welcomed me warmly even though I arrived late, and the room was spacious, tidy and comfortable. There's a vending machine in the lobby if you get hungry in the middle of the night. The building is a little old, and the hallways felt slightly spooky at night, but the place was clean and well maintained. Great service and location for the price, so I think it's excellent value.

The room had plenty of space to hang clothes, which can be hard to find in city hotels, and the bed was really comfortable with crisp linen. We only stayed one night, for a show at the Bullring. My wife has trouble walking, so being so close was a big reason we chose this hotel. Inês greeted us with a smile and was happy, helpful, and professional. The other staff were friendly and helpful too. We heard some outside noise from the airport and metro, but it wasn't too bad. After reading some reviews, we hadn't expected much, but we were pleasantly surprised. We'd consider Luzeiros Suites again when we're in Lisbon.

The rooms were clean and quiet, with excellent beds and equipment. We arrived late at night, tired, and Paula was especially helpful. She even arranged a checkout one hour later without us asking. Everyone on the team was attentive from arrival through checkout, and we really appreciated their smiles and helpfulness.
