The owner was lovely and helpful with recommendations, and the location is great. The rooms were clean and nice, the beds comfortable, and there's a great kitchen, food area, and toilets. It's good value for money. There's a lift to the floor or stairs, and despite what we read in a review, we weren't woken by any noise and slept very well. We'd come back. Thank you!

The place has nice decoration and rooms, friendly staff, and a metro nearby. But it was quite noisy: the walls and doors are thin, so you hear other guests, and it's close to the airport. Breakfast was small and mostly bought cakes. The shared bathrooms were only so-so clean, and some showers needed fixing. Street parking is limited to 4 hours and costs 4€, while other places cost more than 10€ per day.

The place looks much like the photos, and both the rooms and shared spaces were clean. The host was really friendly. It’s in a modern part of Lisbon where locals live, very close to a metro station, and a taxi or Uber ride from the airport takes about 15 minutes.

The staff were friendly, but I barely slept either of the two nights I was there. Neighbours kept moving furniture around until 5am, and the hotel was very noisy. For €70 a night, I expected a proper night's sleep. It was no better than sleeping in a hostel, so it felt expensive.

The staff were all lovely and super helpful, and the rooms were spacious with clean shared bathrooms. I stayed for two weeks in Mar 2020, and it was wonderful in pretty much every way. It was very affordable too. The one drawback was being a bit far from the main tourist areas.
