The place smelled awful, with humidity far above normal. Moisture collected on the window and dripped onto the sill, and even the bedding felt damp. There was black mold everywhere, which made the apartment a health hazard. One pillow was heavily stained, and the sheet, although washed, was still marked. I also found body hair in the shower. The furniture is old and ugly, two of the three doors are hard to shut, and the blinds are broken. The walls are thin, so there's a lot of noise.

The walls were so thin I could hear everything from neighboring rooms, making it impossible to rest. I was also bitten by bedbugs and saw them myself. The towels were old, unpleasant, and in terrible shape, while the bed linen had stains all over it. It was horrible, one of the worst hotel stays I've had. I absolutely don't recommend this place if you care about your comfort and health.

It's a quiet neighborhood with a metro station and bus stops very close by. The place is small, especially the bathroom, but that's enough if you're out all day and only come back to sleep. A nice spot for a few days, and I'd recommend it.

The pool is small, but it was enough to cool off after a hot day. Everything was clean and very cozy. The owners or administrators were easy to talk to, and when our flight caused a problem, they let us stay an extra day without a booking or extra charge. Thanks!

For the price, it's really good. The neighborhood is warm and quiet, with the metro just a three minute walk away and two small markets about two minutes away. Getting in touch with the owners was simple. Our apartment was missing a few kitchen things, as someone else mentioned, and the woman handling the cleaning didn't speak English. Still, for that price, you can't do much better.
