The owner is such a friendly older lady, and that really made our stay. The rooms were cozy, the beds comfortable, and the old hotel has loads of character. We’d happily recommend it and plan to come back.

A pleasant place that seems suitable for just about anyone.

The house itself is impressive, the welcome was warm, and the explanations about Luso were helpful. The price was good too. But it feels old-fashioned, there were cobwebs, and the sinks were clogged with hair. Breakfast orange juice tasted medicinal and seemed watered down, and the bedding was rather worn. If you like the feeling of staying at your grandma’s, you may enjoy it. For more comfort, I’d look elsewhere.

We had a lovely few days in this old house, with a very kind host. It’s conveniently located for exploring the area and enjoying the hot springs, and had what we needed for our stay. #localguides

After learning about our reservation and what it was worth, the owner said we could find somewhere else to stay. She seemed to panic and began crying until we gave up on the booking. It felt very unprofessional and poorly handled.
