Hotel Costa Linda

The staff were welcoming, and the rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast comes with the stay. It isn’t a huge spread, but it’s enough, and they make eggs to order. The restaurant food was good, though there are better places to eat nearby. The setting is beautiful, right beside the ocean and a large natural seawater pool. The rooms have what you need, but the furnishings feel dated. There’s no fan or air conditioning, so being in the room during the day can get uncomfortable. Power outlets are scarce, and the shower is tiny.

We stayed in the newer of the two buildings at this small pension. The room was attractive and comfortable, with a good shower, but there was no fridge, which bothered us most when we wanted cold water or somewhere to keep food chilled. There was also no air conditioning, shampoo or soap, or room cleaning. The place is right by the water while still feeling private. Open the window and it feels like you’re sitting over the water. Nights were quiet.

It was okay for getting by, but comfort was limited. The bed didn’t feel like a proper bed, and there was a lot of outside noise. I found a big insect in the bathroom, and with no staff available before 8 a.m., I couldn’t get help.

We especially liked the housekeeping. The room was cleaned carefully every day, smelled fresh, and was made ready for the next day. You could tell the staff paid attention to the little details, which made the stay more comfortable. Breakfast was another highlight at Hotel Costa Linda. There was always fresh food and plenty to choose from, including different egg dishes, toast, sweet options, fruit, and freshly baked bread on our table. The coffee was excellent, and the restaurant staff were attentive and made sure we had what we needed. We had a fantastic stay and would love to return. It’s a comfortable place with pleasant service and atmosphere, and we’d recommend it.
