The ocean-facing terrace and the banana field view on the other side were lovely. We had two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom with a tub and toilet, plus a small utility room with a washing machine and supplies. There was covered parking in the basement, and the price for what you get felt very fair. The place was clean, though the kitchen cabinets could do with replacing. We never met the owner in person: we collected and returned the keys from the box by the door and sorted everything over WhatsApp. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

There was plenty of room, and the apartment was clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay. From the terrace you can see the mountains, the ocean, and a banana farm. Parking is available outside or in the underground garage. I highly recommend it.
