Clean, modern place in a great location. Pico, the friendly black cat from the neighbourhood, comes by to visit.

The terrace could use a sunshade, and there’s no toaster. The bathtub grout could do with replacing too, though that may be down to the climate. Otherwise, everything was provided. It’s a fantastic, very clean apartment with spacious rooms and a direct view of Pico. Having the towels changed every four days was simply superb.

This was my favourite apartment of the whole Azores trip. It’s spacious, new and really well equipped, and the host was lovely and always available. From one side you can see Pico de Oro, and from the other, Horta. I’ll definitely stay here again if I return to the island.

A nice apartment, though I wouldn’t choose it for a group of more than four. There’s just one bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the living room.

Excellent place, very clean and new, and right in the centre. It has all the comforts you need for a five-star stay, with the main restaurants and bars in Madalena just a few minutes away on foot.
