I've now recommended buying an apartment in this condominium for the third time, whether as an investment or as a weekend or holiday place. The clients have been happy with both their purchase and the investment. The sea view is a real draw, and the local atmosphere is peaceful and family-friendly, with the beach and sea right nearby. It's in a great spot on the Estoril coast, with Avenida Marginal close by and the Cascais-Lisbon train line for getting around. There are schools, supermarkets, and restaurants in the area too. The condominium is well maintained, and its outdoor space is lovely. I'll keep recommending it.
