The room was nice and clean, and having access to a kitchen meant I could cook. Mertola is a great area.

The view over Guadiana River is breathtaking. It’s also easy to walk everywhere from this central spot, with amenities nearby, and the self-catering place is well equipped.

The staff were friendly, and the location was great. Very affordable, too.

I still haven't received my payment back, either from the accommodation or Booking. I made the reservation through Booking and cancelled it within the stated terms and deadline. I have an email proving that. About three weeks later, I called Oásis accommodations to ask when the refund would arrive. They said it was Booking's responsibility and had nothing to do with them. I've also reported it to the complaint portal and DECO's Reclamar platform. I feel cheated because they aren't keeping to what was agreed.
