The view from room B 827 is magical, and the room itself is comfortable, modern and stylish. Breakfast had loads of vegan options, and the staff were super friendly. Can I give this place 10 stars? I can’t recommend it enough. I’ll absolutely stay here again and tell everyone I know.

The staff were professional, polite and attentive, and when the sliding door wouldn’t lock, they fixed it within 15 minutes. The evening buffet had a huge variety and the food was delicious. I stayed with a group of friends and had a great experience. Our room was spacious, clean and nicely presented, so I’d definitely stay here again. 10/10.

The room was perfect apart from a slow drain on one bathroom sink. The pool decking also needs some attention in places. I can’t judge the room’s value since our friends paid, but the bar and restaurant were reasonably priced. There’s a basic but good gym and a games room too. Breakfast was excellent, with the English and continental choices you’d expect. The barista coffees and omelettes made to order were a real treat. We had a very enjoyable stay, and the staff were consistently excellent and professional. A fantastic hotel, and we recommend it and will come back.

The setting is beautiful, and the rooms, spa and yoga classes are nice, but this didn’t feel fully up to five-star standard. The food let it down: breakfast was crowded and tasteless, and dinner was a buffet. I struggled to sleep because the rooms aren’t soundproof. I could hear my neighbors and people passing by, and the pillows were terrible. There’s room for improvement.
