The staff member was warm and quick to answer questions, and even showed us around the Palacete, explaining its history and origins. The breakfast was generous and good quality, with an attentive employee making sure nothing ran out. You can also eat at the 100ementa restaurant, where the chef's chosen dishes did not disappoint. The garden, mini golf and pool were all clean and well kept. Inside, the pleasant decor gives the feeling of stepping into the past, and the cleanliness was impeccable. A very pleasant surprise: the photos had set high expectations, and the Palacete lived up to them.

The setting is peaceful, and although it's central and close to excellent restaurants, it's a calm place to unwind. We had free Wi-Fi across the property and parking inside. The gardens and grounds were beautifully cared for, and the pool was great. The breakfast was delicious, the cleaning faultless, and our hosts made us feel welcome from the start. What really made it special was the Palacete's architecture and interior, with its historical feel alongside modern comforts. Thank you for looking after us so well. We'll definitely be back.

Everything was fantastic: the facilities, cleanliness, and the staff's kindness. I loved the visit and couldn't have hoped for more. The staff even rescued a puppy while we were there, which says a lot about the people who work here. Breakfast was simple but really complete, with vegan options too. I recommend it.

The breakfast was good and the place was clean, but the room was a real problem. We were put in an extremely small double room, the smallest we've ever stayed in, with only a tiny little window looking onto a roof. It felt cramped and nothing like the advertised photos. In response to the owner's reply, we're sorry they didn't notice that this detail was missing from the email exchange we had only with their staff. We also sent this complaint to lifecooler and other partners. If their agreement with lifecooler really covers only this tiny attic-style room, it shouldn't be advertised as a romantic night for a couple, and photos of the other rooms shouldn't have been sent. What upsets us most is the lack of humility and honesty, which seems apparent in other comments too. Nobody told us we'd be staying in these conditions, far below what was shown, while charging an extra fee. We would gladly have paid that fee, or even more, for a room matching the advertising. This was a failure of communication and professionalism.
