The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the house has everything you need to settle in and enjoy your stay. It's comfortable, with central heating and internet, and there's also a pool for summer. The village is about 10 minutes from town, where you'll find shops and a market, and it's close to several tourist spots. A lovely quiet weekend retreat, and if you're lucky, you might get snow in winter. Well worth it!

The house and service are good, and it's a nice option if you mainly want to enjoy staying in the house. The village has no facilities at all, not even a café, so you'll need to drive for any shopping. We visited in summer, though, and sleeping in the rooms was almost impossible. The upstairs room, meant for three people, was unbearably hot, so they had to move to other rooms. That made the stay a pretty bad experience for everyone. Summer is a no-go. If you come in winter, plan all your shopping in advance.

We loved the house. It has lots of space and is well located, and D. Filipa was a wonderful host. Thanks for the way she welcomed us. It's a place I'd recommend.
