Our room was just right, and the breakfast in the snug fireplace room was served with real care. We arrived at the last minute on Friday night and got such a warm welcome, with the fireplace already heated for us. Everything was new, lovely, and spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We were both thrilled and will definitely be back!

We loved relaxing in the peaceful courtyard by the pool. The hotel also has a lovely connection to the area's heritage, and the rooms feel luxurious. The staff were wonderfully attentive, and breakfast was outstanding. An unforgettable stay at Amada Moura Hotel, highly recommended!

We'd definitely come back and use this brilliant hotel as a base for exploring this part of Spain in Portugal. The service was very good, and breakfast was superb. When we stayed, the two ladies there were serving breakfast and running the hotel.

The terrace breakfast was excellent. It's a beautifully restored Portuguese house with a pool, and we'll stay there again next time we're in the area.

What a letdown. Even though they knew when we were arriving, our room was freezing when we walked in during the afternoon. They brought us a heater fan, but the room was far too large for it to warm the place properly. The space felt uncomfortable and cold, with no rug to make it feel warmer, and the floor was so cold we had to keep our outdoor shoes on. That's not the kind of hotel stay we want at all. The huge bathroom had no heating either. There wasn't a staff member around to sort things out right away, and the extra blanket in the room smelled strongly of mold. The idea behind the place is interesting and it has a lot of potential, but it hasn't come together in practice. We didn't feel comfortable or want to spend time there. Even the lounge, with its big fireplace, wasn't inviting, and the fireplace wasn't lit. This ruined our stay, and we won't return or recommend it. Still, the mattress was extremely comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was also great, with everything we needed. A big disappointment.
