The location was handy for walking to the sitio miradouros and praia do norte, and a Bolt ride down to Nazare was only 3 or 4 euro if needed. The room and bathroom were big and clean, more than decent for a night. But the house smelled of smoke, there was no wifi, and communication was almost nonexistent.

The housekeeper was very friendly, though she doesn’t speak English. Our bathroom was in the hallway rather than attached to the room. The place was very clean, towels were provided, and the location was central with parking right outside. There was a strong smell of smoke in the house. It bothered us, though people who are less sensitive to smells might not mind it as much.

We only needed a place to sleep and shower, and it was exceptional. The hosts welcomed us so warmly and made us feel comfortable. Everything was spotless and well organized, and our room had a TV and included towels. We visited in early August, but Nazaré was foggy, with no sun, and really cold despite it being midsummer. There are supermarkets and snack bars nearby if you’re driving. Good location. Nazaré is a place made to welcome people, and the stay felt very special. I’d definitely come back and recommend it.

We picked the room with an ocean-view balcony. It’s an excellent apartment, and the bathroom, though a little dated, is well equipped.

The location was great, and we were welcomed very warmly. Everything was clean too. I can only thank Sr Ricardo and his mother. D. Luísa is simply an angel on earth. Wishing her lots of health and all the best. We’ll be back soon.
