Hospedaria A Primorosa

No, absolutely not.

We arrived with quite a few people and had to leave because there were no rooms for us. I’d made the reservation by phone and asked to pay by bank card, but the woman wouldn’t accept that payment. She was extremely rude and showed no empathy. Later, a man came over and told me I didn’t want to pay. Never again. Be very careful with this accommodation.

The only thing that saves this place is its location. The first photo shows an ocean view, but our view was just the street and a back courtyard that smelled awful. The woman who greeted us was rude and had no solution for the many problems. The equipment was old and damaged, the kitchen utensils were in terrible shape and dirty, and the toaster looked about 15 years old and as if it had never been cleaned. The bedding and pillows were disgusting, with hair and makeup from the previous guest. Easily my worst stay in Portugal. What a disgrace.

The woman here was very rude and spoke terribly to people. We had no internet, and she hadn’t warned us. The TV only had four channels, which she also hadn’t mentioned. Noise started a little after 6 in the morning. We agreed on a price when we arrived, but after an unexpected issue meant I had to leave two nights early, she still wanted to charge me for the full stay. She also damaged our clothes, didn’t pay for them, and never apologized. While my family and I were staying there, she used our washing machine. Be very careful. She threatens people using the café downstairs, and the café’s bathroom is part of the apartment, which is completely wrong because of the smell.
