I had the worst experience ever.

I contacted Mikaela Guest House in person using the number listed on Google to book for a couple. At first, the woman who answered was helpful and said she would send an invoice so I could pay, but it never arrived. I called the next day because I urgently needed it to secure the booking. This time I was treated very badly, and she wouldn't even hear me out when I tried to explain why I needed the invoice quickly. I'm completely unhappy with the customer service. They should review whoever is responsible for handling guests.

It's a quiet place, but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with reduced mobility. A 10 out of 10.
