B&B Hotel Lisboa Oeiras

The location was great, and I appreciated the hotel's effort to encourage guests to be more sustainable. The room was decent, but that was about all the experience amounted to, which is a shame. Staff were poor at every stage: on the phone, at check-in, and at breakfast. They seemed to have no idea what working in hospitality involves, and showed no life or enthusiasm despite being young.

We stayed one night, my wife and I. The room and bathroom were clean, and coffee and tea were available free around the clock. It’s a simple but good hotel. Parking was the one hassle, though, since it was hard to find a spot.

B&B hotels feel like a second home to me whenever I travel around Europe. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean, and the service team is available 24/7. I also find the prices competitive for different budgets. Booking online is straightforward and smooth, which is why I keep choosing them in European countries.

The air conditioning couldn't cool the room in the summer heat. We turned it down as far as it would go, but the room still got stuffy after a while. Aside from that, I liked the hotel in every way: good location, clean and well-kept rooms, and friendly staff.
