We paid a lot for a stay that was completely unacceptable. Traveling as a family with three small children, we dealt with one issue after another: a terrible smell from the toilet and shower, an unsafe balcony, a kitchen without equipment, and no hot water for five of our ten nights. The electricity failed twice, so we had to pay for two nights in hotels elsewhere. The road in is nearly impossible unless you have a small car. There was no Wi-Fi, washing machine, or dishwasher, and the owner ignored every message and made no attempt to help.

Lovely in summer, but the drive in needs planning. There are three routes to the accommodation, and only one is okay. We didn’t check which one to take and ended up scratching the car on the very narrow street.

We left after just two days because of the bedbugs, and the owner never replied to our requests. The place is poorly equipped too. I’d avoid it.

The access road is very narrow, and parking gets difficult if you have more than two cars. The kitchen is short on equipment too, though it’ll do for a two or three day stay if you plan to eat out. It would help if the owners left a guide to places to visit, because people who don’t know the area may miss a lot. Otherwise, it’s a peaceful, pleasant spot with a lovely view of the river and places to swim. The beach is very close, and you can walk there if you enjoy a stroll. A nice place to relax and take in the natural scenery.

The facilities were spotless, though they lacked equipment. What spoiled the idyllic setting was loud music from some unknown source, blasting all day and night for three straight days. A bunch of weirdos. If the people playing it were found and arrested in the reservoir, I’d come back. Without that, it’s not worth it.
