The veranda seating made a lovely spot for all our meals, and the barbecue area was handy. We also had plenty to keep everyone busy: the pool has a diving board and sunbeds, and we all had a great time in the games room. We came with six people aged 20-24, and the layout worked really well. The four first-floor bedrooms each had an ensuite, while our second-floor area had two bedrooms and one bathroom. The villa sits in a beautiful spot with incredible sunsets. We walked about 15 minutes to Bustelo station and took the train into Porto for the day. The younger ones went clubbing and caught a later train back. It was a perfect week. We loved every minute and hope to return.

The views were spectacular, and the setting was so calming. We had a wonderful stay with a big group of relatives, and with so many good facilities at the villa, we hardly needed to go anywhere. It felt magical. We'd love to come back.

We rented this beautiful house in Penafiel for a family reunion with 15 people, and it suited us perfectly. There was plenty to enjoy, including the gardens, pool, barbecue area and games room.

The garden and pool are beautiful, and the view is amazing. It's a quiet spot but still close enough to the main roads and a supermarket. The facilities are great and the villa is kept in very good shape. Best villa rental I've had.
