The place feels thoughtfully put together, and everything was clean and fresh. It’s right by the fortress and harbour, quiet day and night, with supermarkets about a 10-minute walk away. There’s a big kitchen stocked for making lunch or dinner, including a microwave, kettle, and coffee machine, and you can use the fridge whenever you need. A washing machine is available too. The first floor has two bathrooms, the kitchen, and a large living room. Upstairs are two more rooms and another bathroom. I didn’t meet the owner, but the keys were left with a small note on the office table near the entrance. About half an hour after check-in time, a friendly woman called to explain everything and check whether I needed help.

I felt very safe staying here on my own, even though I’d been unsure about taking the trip solo. The house is right by the marina, which was a bonus. I had a great week, and the daily cleaning kept everything spotless. Just don’t expect to sleep past 10 am, the cleaning team arrives noisily. On the bright side, you won’t lose the day in bed 😅

Every little detail in this place looks like it was chosen with care, and the decor is beautiful. The rooms are cozy, the bathrooms clean, and the staff super friendly. It has a relaxed, comfortable feel, and breakfast was very good. Everything was perfect for me. Highly recommend!
