The cleanliness and location are hard to beat. There was a good shower, plenty of towels, soap and bath gel, plus WiFi. What else do you need? Okay, maybe AC, but it wasn't hot during my stay on July 2-3. The rooms are small, but I've stayed in 4* hotels in Cannes and Venice, and trust me, the rooms there aren't any bigger. There's no reception, which was fine. The owner arranged check-in and check-out over WhatsApp and was very polite and friendly. It's completely non-smoking, without even a trace of smoke smell.

The church of Sao Pedro is right next to the hotel, which made the location especially nice. The room was a little tight, but clean and had everything I needed.
