Quinta das Pias - Holiday Farm

There’s loads to see and do, so our five days felt too short. The space is wonderful, the animals are delightful, and Maria and Afonso know how to welcome guests. It’s incredibly quiet and ideal for resting, yet everything is just five minutes away thanks to how close it is to Pinhel. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely return!

We stayed for three days and everything was fine, with nothing to complain about. A good place to rest.

It was very peaceful, and we were warmly welcomed. The setting is magnificent and the service was really pleasant. Thanks for your kindness and for letting us spend a relaxing week at this quinta with our pets. It’s a perfect spot for a holiday as a couple or with family.

I really value people keeping their word, and things got off to a bad start with the woman in charge of the quinta. Before we booked, she assured us on the phone that the house would be available just for our group. When we arrived, there were other couples there too. We were a group of eight hoping to have the house to ourselves and enjoy some peace. We put that aside and tried to make the most of it, but when we got to the house and barbecue area, we had to clean and disinfect everything because it hadn’t been cleaned. On our departure day we asked if we could stay by the pool a little longer, but the woman refused in an arrogant, curt way. The place is beautiful and pleasant, but the staff are lamentable.
