The private terrace jacuzzi was amazing, and the spa was a top experience. We had a clean, spacious apartment with hotel-level service, which worked really well for a family with kids. Breakfast was fresh, though it could use more vegetables. If you use the gym, ask for Miguel. He’s a fantastic trainer and takes time with clients even when they’re only there briefly.

The bed and pillows left us feeling more tired the longer we slept, so they really need replacing. The staff were warm and welcoming, and both the somewhat dated room and indoor pool were clean. We enjoyed the hotel dinner, but breakfast was a letdown: for €14 per person, it was perfunctory and unappetizing, with the same selection for ten days straight.

Ana at reception was so friendly and helpful, and shared plenty of useful information. The location made it easy to walk to the old town shops and restaurants, and getting there by car was simple, with a good parking lot. Our room felt smaller than expected, though, and the air conditioning struggled in the island humidity. We had to leave a card in the door to keep it running during the day, but it was still hot and sticky when we first arrived. The pillows were pretty disappointing too, like a bag of cotton balls 😅

The area was quiet, the staff were friendly, and parking on site was inexpensive at 50 cents an hour. But the room was hot and stuffy, with very poor air quality and no circulation. The bed was uncomfortable, and the modem's flashing white lights were directly in view from the bed. The shower drained slowly and had no shelves.

The beds were horrendously hard and the pillows lumpy, so getting any rest was impossible. Parking was difficult and cost extra, and the staff were rude. A terrible hotel. Don't stay here, spend your money elsewhere.
