Apartamentos Vitoriana

The owner was very attentive and polite, and the place was comfortable and spacious. It's easy to get to both the city center and the airport. A very good place to stay in Ponta Delgada.

We had a lovely suite, really an apartment, with a small kitchen. Around the corner is a free public car park. It's a romantic spot, with an amazing back garden where you can hang out, have a drink, or play with the cats.

Simply disgusting. I booked six days of holiday in sao miguel with Maria two months ahead, splitting the stay between bege room hostel33 and casa27 because the whole period wasn't available. I still have her confirmation on WhatsApp. Ten days before my flight, I asked Maria whether anyone had cancelled bege room so I could spend all six days at hostel33. She told me casa27 had been sold, including my dates. I couldn't believe it. I tried to talk with her, but she didn't answer, so I called jose bernardo using the contact in Maria's late check-in instructions. He said he wasn't responsible for what Maria did. When I tried Maria again, she denied it on the phone. I thought perhaps she'd made a mistake, but wanted her help finding somewhere else for those three days. Instead, she wrote that she had cancelled my three days in bege room too. After that, there was no way to communicate with her or jose bernardo. I don't usually write reviews, but I'm sharing this to warn people it could happen to them.

Everything, from the rooms to the whole complex, was clean and well kept. The host was wonderful. What a lovely place, go visit, you'll love it.
