Our Hostess Ligia was amazing, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The pool and hot tub were clean and looked after. Such an adorable place with fantastic service. Can't say anything bad, and we'll definitely come back.

We stayed six nights in the off-season and had a wonderful time. The location was great, the rooms were clean, the staff were kind, and breakfast was delicious. Ask the staff where to park for free, since there's paid parking nearby that we accidentally used.

The room was stunning and spacious, and the breakfast was good. This charming house is right in the middle of Ponta Delgada, with a pool and hot tub in a glasshouse. Restaurants, tours, and bars are close by, and there's free parking nearby. Thank you!

We were sad we couldn't stay here for the rest of our trip in Sao Miguel, and we'll miss it as soon as we leave. The location makes it easy to walk anywhere we needed to go, and the pool and hot tub are beautiful. The staff were so kind and welcoming, and our room was clean and well kept. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, a 10/10 in every way.

This place really lives up to its name, 100% charming. We had a beautiful stay, with very clean, comfortable rooms, awesome staff, and delicious breakfast every morning. We really enjoyed it.
