Alfama is beautiful, and this spot is about a 40-minute walk from the heart of the city. You can reach a local breakfast place or the train station and metro in 5 minutes. Most people around here speak English, or at least try to. If you know Spanish or a Latin language, you can pretty much understand 80-90%.

It’s close to the metro and there are great cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby. The place is well equipped, and the staff were friendly and informative.
