Rooms are clean and secure, the showers are nice, and the staff are friendly. The hostel sits right in the middle of Ponta Delgada, so you can walk to everything in town, and there are free parking lots nearby if you're driving. It's relaxed and great value. It isn't as social as hostels in bigger cities, but that's understandable.

The staff were lovely and helpful throughout my 7-day stay. They can arrange a taxi and help with whatever you need. There are enough bathrooms and toilets, and the cleaners kept them spotless each day. The location is excellent too. The beds are comfortable, though curtains would make them cozier. I had a great time and can definitely recommend the hostel.

The dorms were very clean, and breakfast and fresh towels were provided. The hostel was lovely, right by the three arches and just a short walk from central Ponta Delgada. There are loads of great restaurants and bars nearby.

The rooms and facilities were always beautiful and clean. Ricardo was especially kind and attentive, and happy to help with anything. Ricardo and Insha also helped us book rides to the airport and other activities. I'd recommend this hostel 15/10 to anyone going to Ponte Delgada.

It's an easy place to meet people from all over the world, but there's no pressure to socialize. I felt just as welcome keeping to myself. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. The hostel is right in the center, on a quiet street.
