It’s very central and roomy, and getting in with a code means no hassle with keys. The rooms were great, and everything we needed was there, including a hair dryer, washing machine, and fan. Access is by stairs, so be prepared to carry your luggage up. One room’s window faces directly onto the street, but it wasn’t too noisy. All in all, a great place to stay in Ponta Delgada!

Everything is within walking distance from this gorgeous apartment in the city center. It’s spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you might need. I’d highly recommend it for three or four people.

The location is good, and at first the place looks modern. Once we settled in, though, it became clear it needed serious updates and wasn’t very comfortable. We also had ants in the place despite not having any food there. It has potential, but needs work, starting with a new couch. Edit: Nuno came by in the morning with ant spray and was extremely apologetic and helpful. We really appreciated it. Thank you, Nuno.

The apartment was a pleasant surprise: it was really spacious, well located, and had everything we needed. The downside was the lack of air conditioning and people shouting loudly outside at night.

A well-equipped, spacious apartment in the city center, and a great fit for two couples. The central location does mean some noise from concerts and tourists.
