I pass by here every day because I work nearby. You get a view of the sea and Lombada da Ponta do Sol. It’s usually a very quiet spot, but there’s more traffic now. The crossing was installed before the overhead iron walkway, traffic lights and signals, so watch out for that. If you’re coming from Ribeira Brava, you can take the recently repaired road along the seafront.
