We had 11 authors in our group for a writing retreat at Casa de Luou (and Casa do Tanque), and there was talk of coming back for another one. The beautiful grounds and houses have spacious, comfortable rooms, bathrooms, and living areas. The big, well-equipped kitchen made cooking for everyone easy. The pool was a highlight, with stunning views in every direction. The staff were patient and helpful with all our questions. Before the trip, we received good information about the property, amenities, and products for sale, and communication by email and WhatsApp was excellent. My security deposit was refunded promptly afterward. There are lovely walks in the area and several nearby restaurants.

Just outside the boundaries of a large property, this lovely old house offers a quiet place to unwind. It's beautiful and comfortable, and the peace and quiet make it a great place to visit or rest. Ponte de Lima, one of Portugal's most beautiful villages, is very close by. I would certainly recommend a stay.

We had a fantastic weekend. The views, the houses, and the care in every detail all made an impression. The quinta felt full of soul and tranquility.

The kitchen in this old Portuguese house was very well equipped. The farm itself is beautiful, in a lovely, quiet location, and the staff ladies were really helpful and sweet.
