The breakfast basket was a highlight, generous, fresh, and clearly put together with care. The chalet was spotless, beautifully designed, and finished to a high standard, with thoughtful details throughout. The pool was well kept and the water was just the right temperature for relaxing. We only booked one night in advance, and our little daughter was unwell, so we wished we could have stayed longer at this special place. From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and we honestly have nothing to complain about. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend Chalet do Lago to anyone looking for peace, relaxation, and quality. You’ll feel right at home. Thank you so much.

We stayed in the new cabins, which had opened just four days earlier, and I was so impressed. It was beautiful and peaceful, and the photos don’t do it justice. The staff were amazing and accommodating, especially Renata, Antonio's and Miguel. A magical little escape for some quiet time. We couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely be back very soon.

We loved the privacy of the Peach chalet, along with the sunset and the peaceful surroundings. The staff were welcoming and always available. It’s a cosy place with all the necessary amenities, though a fireplace would make it more charming in winter. The breakfast was lovely too.

The pool was great, but the chalets are a bit expensive. A few small things need fixing to make the price feel justified. The chalet door doesn’t lock properly, and the shower doesn’t keep water off the bathroom floor.
