2/10
It was a bad experience. The service was very poor, and the room felt very run-down because it's in an old house. The air conditioner didn't work properly, there was a bad smell, and the washroom door gave us trouble when opening and closing.

The room was nice, clean, and tidy, and I really liked it. The lady at reception was super nice too. I'd definitely recommend this as the sickest place in Portalegre.
