The staff were so warm from reception through breakfast, and the bed was the best I've ever slept in, a proper king size too. Great location and really good value. Just perfect, thank you!

The rooms are clean and roomy, and the hotel is in a very convenient spot. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, though the options were the same each day.

Breakfast was just okay and not worth what they charge. The place was nearly empty and very quiet, but the window let street noise through, so I could hear people talking outside. Getting into the garage also meant going to or calling reception, which wasted time. I really don't see this as a four star hotel.

The room was large, and the staff were wonderful. But the WiFi wouldn't connect anywhere, not in my room or in the lobby and bar. Even the front desk staff had the same issue and said the internet wasn't very good. With no working connection anywhere, the hotel felt overpriced.

The room's poor sound insulation made for an awful night, especially with a party going on across the street for most of it. I told reception, but nothing meaningful was done. It's a real shame, since the hotel itself is lovely and the staff are nice.
