The breakfast had an excellent variety, and the location came with stunning views. Our room was very nice, though a little compact. The staff were exceptional, always helpful and accommodating throughout our visit. Special mention to the chef at the omelette station, who made fantastic omelettes every morning. We’ll certainly be back to Pestana Alvor Praia.

The staff were polite, pleasant and helpful throughout our relaxing stay. They suggested places to visit and even booked the Benagil cave tour. Rui was especially helpful, arranging our honeymoon room decorations and making sure my husband received the birthday cake and wine included in our package. Booking directly also let us add a massage at Magic Spa and a birthday package, and the lovely staff took care of it all. We woke to a beautiful sea view, enjoyed the great breakfast choice, and found the elevator down to the beach so convenient. The massage was so relaxing. The amenities were really good, although I did miss having a smart TV in the room. There’s plenty to do around the hotel, though, so that made up for it. I’d definitely recommend it.

We had a lovely Christmas holiday with family. The family room was very convenient, the surroundings were beautiful, and there was a great variety of food. The staff were cheerful and so helpful. When something went wrong, they really made an effort to put it right, and we felt well looked after.

A lovely place to unwind, with spacious, very comfortable rooms overlooking the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in a long time.
