Villa Prana Guesthouse, Yoga & Ayurveda

The massage with Anna and Olena was wonderful, the kind of treatment where you can switch off and feel cared for. The team is friendly and really knowledgeable, which made me feel at ease and in good hands. What makes Villa Prana in Portimão special is how the people welcome you. Everyone is warm and open, listens, understands, and makes a real effort to help you feel comfortable. I felt cared for, not just like another guest. It’s a beautiful place with a lot of heart, and the whole visit felt heartfelt. Thank you so much. I hope to see you again soon.

The yoga, Pilates, and massages here are excellent, and the guesthouse is so central that it’s easy to get around. Silvia and David have clearly put a lot of care into everything. The rooms are cosy and thoughtfully furnished, with everything you need and then some. I felt at home straight away. The beds are great, the shower is really good, and even the bath products are lovely. For me, this is the best place to stay in the whole Algarve.

I only stayed two nights, but they even tidied my room while I was there. It was bigger than I expected and very clean. There are yoga classes and massages downstairs, plus a super cute cat and dog. 🧡 The owner was friendly and helpful, and her English is fluent. The place feels cosy and relaxed, almost like a family home. I really enjoyed staying here, and highly recommend it. Thanks!

Thank you, @villaprana, for such a lovely week in Mandrem, Goa, during the Aryuveda rejuvenation programme in November 2025. @David and @Silvia went out of their way to make the experience amazing, and I’m truly grateful. They were wonderful hosts, and I also loved the cultural visits.
