The staff were friendly, and the rooms were large and clean. Getting the room ready took a little while, but it didn't bother me. This is Porto Santo, so it's a place to slow down and relax. Breakfast was quite okay, and the stay was fine, though, like everything on the island, a bit overpriced.

Breakfast was a little basic, though still good. The rest of the stay was one of the best I've had: a clean, spacious room close to the sea, and incredibly helpful, friendly staff. I'd definitely come back to this hotel if I return to Porto Santo.

João at the bar was the bright spot. His kindness and poncha helped make up for an unpleasant stay. This is a decent three-star hotel, but the staff need better training and to get past that robotic stage. It's 4 km from the village center, with no alternatives offered. Being made to go to breakfast at 8 in the dark, as it was today, is very difficult. The decision makers should reflect on this. I don't intend to return.

A great place, but the rooms lose a star for not having a minibar. It's hot here, and being unable to keep cold water in the room makes a real difference. I hope they bring the minibars back.

I stayed at Inatel before it was renovated, and the hotel really needed refurbishment. The beach is only about 200 meters away on foot, and it's a great one. Food was average, not bad but nothing special, and the entertainment options were limited.
