We came all the way from Spain for a two-night booking, then had to leave. The apartment was dirty, smelled unbearable, and had damp walls and mold. Its actual condition was nothing like the pictures, which show just how unsuitable the place was. We asked for another room and waited four hours. In the end, they offered only to cancel the booking and refund us. We also requested the complaint form they are legally required to provide, but they refused to give it to us. The host's handling of everything was appalling.
