ALMARELA apartments

We were delighted with our choice for an 8-night stay in Porto, and the photos matched what we found. Access was simple: the building and room codes arrived the day before and worked without any trouble. The free hallway lockers were handy for bags before check-in and after check-out. The hosts are very conscientious, and it shows in the care they put into the place. Midway through the week, we were told the evening before that there would be a general clean, fresh linens and towels, and rubbish collection. The apartment was spotless, with pristine linen and plenty of soft white towels. There were generous bathroom supplies, even disposable toothbrushes. The bedroom had a dressing area with lots of hangers, and the kitchen had enough for cooking and meals. We also appreciated the butter, jam, coffee capsules, tea, sugar, and UHT milk in the fridge, which were replenished halfway through our stay. The air conditioning heated the apartment quietly on cool evenings. Wi-Fi was good, and the hot water pressure was just right. We'd happily stay here again when we're back in Porto.
