The staff were friendly, but the hostel itself is falling apart. I was in room 3, where there's an obvious leak above it and dampness throughout the room. You can smell the mold. I got a horrible flu virus while staying here, and my muscles and joints hurt for days. Horrible stay, avoid.

The staff were really helpful and nice, and we felt great staying here. The service was excellent and it's a really nice place to stay. If we come to Porto again, we'll choose this hostel.

Simple, nice rooms, friendly staff, a cool atmosphere, and a nice bar. The staff could give a bit more information, and they should take card payments.
