It's a four-minute walk from the Metro, but the place disappointed me a lot. The building is run-down, with no soundproofing in the doors or walls, and every step from upstairs was a constant disturbance. The room smelled bad and was DIRTY, with greasy dishes and a greasy freezer. There was no view, and it was dark, so it wasn't somewhere I could relax.

It was mid February and quite cold, with street noise coming through a broken window that wouldn't close fully. There was only one duvet for two people, no hand soap, and no hot water in the evening. I called the owner to ask for another duvet, but they didn't answer.

The owner called it a wonderful place but didn't warn us about the neighbourhood. If you're a tourist, don't park your car in the street. Drug addicts broke the windows and stole everything, even T-shirts. Awful area.

It was a functional place to stay, away from the busy city center, but the room had very poor insulation and no Wi-Fi. The staff didn't respond.

The accommodation was low-priced, the room was comfortable, and the location was convenient. I sincerely recommend it.
