Liiiving In Porto - Downtown Charm Apartment

I’m staying in this building now, and there was a theft inside my apartment while Liiiving’s cleaning staff had entered. The building and apartment both use shared access codes. There’s no CCTV or inside lock for the apartment, and police confirmed the setup is unsafe. Liiiving’s entry records showed that only its staff accessed the unit during the period when the theft happened. Please be very cautious if safety matters to you. The way Liiiving dealt with the incident left me feeling even less safe. Future guests should know about this security concern. I felt helpless dealing with Liiiving, which repeatedly denied responsibility and offered no further support or refund.
