We’ve stayed with Aparthotel Oporto before, but this time we tried a different location. The team gave us a warm welcome and the customer service was really good. Our place was great, and having a kitchen was a bonus. There was also a hot tub, which we hadn’t expected. The location has lots of amenities nearby, and the main shopping area is an easy walk. Bring comfortable shoes for all the walking. A great place to stay.

For a three-star place, this was great. The rooms were huge and clean, the staff were helpful, and the location was incredibly convenient, with all the main attractions within walking distance. Free parking was very useful, too. I really enjoyed my stay.

Amazingly large, clean, and comfortable room with everything we needed. It felt more like a studio, with a second open bedroom upstairs and its own little bathroom.

The apartment was excellent, really well organized, and a pleasure to stay in. There’s secure private parking, but the entrance has a high curb. Be careful if your car sits low, like my TVR.

The place itself is lovely, with wooden floors, floor-to-ceiling doors opening onto a balcony, and comfy beds. The venue is great and the location is awesome. The Wi-Fi wouldn’t work on either of our two laptops or our phones, though. Check-in was also a hassle. They couldn’t find our booking for some reason, and we called about ten times before anyone answered. On the other hand, when we reported the coffee machine wasn’t working, they came to the apartment quickly and sorted it out.
