Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of fresh, high-quality choices. I still think about the avocado toast! The staff were warm, attentive, and friendly throughout, and made us feel genuinely looked after, almost like coming home. We were surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite, plus a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. From arrival, we felt so welcome at GA Palace Hotel, and the whole stay was fantastic. We'd definitely return to Porto and stay here again. Highly recommend for luxury, comfort, warm hospitality, and a memorable experience. Thank you for making it so special, till next time ❤️🙏

The team is a real strength of the GA Palace. Everyone was professional, warm, attentive, and clearly committed to making guests comfortable. They seemed to anticipate what we might need, and we felt cared for from check-in until it was time to leave. The extensive breakfast was excellent quality and beautifully presented, and the hotel was spotless throughout. We also loved the thoughtful design details around the property, which add to its elegant, comfortable atmosphere. There was so much to notice that I couldn't list it all. We had wonderful days here, made lovely memories, and would happily recommend it. We're already looking forward to coming back.

The Christmas decorations made the hotel feel especially magical, and the lovely fragrances throughout added to the experience. Service was warm, attentive, and very well organized. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return. Thanks for making it unforgettable!

The fine linens, turndown service, spa oasis, delicious food, and charming nightly entertainment all helped make the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. What stood out most, though, was the staff at GA Palace. They were attentive, friendly, and professional, with a personal touch and enthusiasm that made the place special. The team seemed genuinely happy, and the hospitality was among the best we've experienced in all our travels. If we're back in Porto, we'll absolutely stay here again.

The bed was the comfiest I've ever slept in, 10/10. The hotel has lovely attention to detail, and since we booked for a week, the attentive breakfast team really helped make the stay fantastic. Ines was always smiling, had such a lovely vibe, and saved us our favorite table each day. We'll definitely be back!
