For a weeklong stay, I expected the towels to be changed at least once. I asked the cleaners for fresh ones, but that never happened. For a nice property at this price, that wasn't OK. We were also left with just one set of keys, even though there were two of us with different schedules. Staff first said they only had one, then said they'd see whether they could get another. It took almost three days, and the problem was only resolved after I complained to booking. The property management needs to understand what guests need and respond faster. Three days was not acceptable.

The hosts were really lovely, and the renovated place is gorgeous. Our fifth-floor apartment had a stunning view of the Douro river. It had everything we needed for our stay in Porto.

Celina provided top service. The third-floor apartment was spacious, quiet, sunny, and well equipped, with an amazing view of the river. It's right in the heart of Porto.

We visited in January, and after a rainy day of sightseeing, sitting by the window with a glass of wine or watching the sunset was priceless. The renovated accommodation was bright and had beautiful views, and the location was very good. Staying here really added to our Porto trip. It was a spectacular stay.

I stayed in November and really enjoyed the apartments. The Douro River view makes up for the small shortcomings, though I would have liked another umbrella and some disposable slippers for extra comfort. The location was great, the view from the window incredible, and self check-in was quick. They also left a nice gift of wine and cookies. A Bolt taxi to the airport from the apartments cost about 13€.
