We had a room on the third floor with our two kids, a three-year-old and a one-month-old baby. There's a storage room where we could leave the stroller, and it stays locked, so it felt safe. We saw other people staying at the hotel but didn't hear anyone. It's a very quiet place, and the interior is worth mentioning. The location is central and cozy, close to restaurants, the waterfront, grocery stores, and a pharmacy. We also appreciated the small kitchen, where we made breakfast because our toddler wants the kind her mother cooks. I'd recommend this place, yes!

The location is right in Porto's old city, and you could hardly be more central. There are lots of restaurants and cafes just down the street, and there's a buffet breakfast restaurant on the ground floor. For 6 euros, the food selection was great and everything was fresh. The two ladies working there were really lovely. We stayed three nights in an amazing studio apartment. It was brand new, clean, and beautifully decorated. I'd definitely recommend these apartments and would gladly stay again if I return to Porto.

We slept like babies. The place was quiet, with no loud cars or other street noise, and the bed was really comfortable. Great restaurants, the Douro river between Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia, and other tourist spots are all about a 7-minute walk away. Such a beautiful apartment! 🔥 :)

We couldn't sleep with the traffic and people passing outside. The windows barely block any noise, and the apartment wasn't cleaned during our three nights; the towels were changed just once. When we raised the noise issue and asked to move rooms, the owner suggested buying earplugs at the pharmacy if we were that sensitive. We tried calling the next day to ask about changing apartments, but no one answered. We booked through a well-known, trusted website with great reviews, but after the first night we felt those reviews didn't match reality. The owner insisted on full payment at check-in, and now I understand why: we didn't want to spend a second night there. We had also arranged an airport transfer through the owner, but the driver never came. Luckily, someone helped us call a taxi before we missed our flight. Poor organization and a horrible place to stay. Not worth the money unless you want to find out for yourself despite this review.
